That's the integrated intel 82845g Graphics Controller from the Intel845 Chipset. Driver not available for Windows 7.

Intel's only solution (which they say hasn't been tested on Windows 7) is to use in the Device Manager the 'Have Disk Method' of updating drivers and try and install the last XP (XDDM) drivers (last driver update was in 2005).
