My computer isn't picking up the graphics card

I tried installing all the msi catalyst driver software that i can find and my graphics card isn't showing up on the device manager or when i use "Can you run it" website. Says i have no graphic cards. Is there a fix for this?

Which card do you have? And get the drivers directly from ATi.

Welcome to Seven Forums. You can type dxdiag in the seach box and it should give you under display the exact video card you are using. You can also download a free program called HWINFO32 from here |MG| HWiNFO32 3.43 Download It should show your Graphics card, Motherboard, Memory. Cpu, Chipset.bios version and all hard and optical drives. This information will definately help others to help you with your issue. This way we can help you install the latest chipset drivers and find the best driver for your graphics card directly from ATI. Thanks. Fabe

Sorry, yeah all of the specs part isn't finished, I really need to get this problem solved and my card running so i can actually do something. So ill get right on doing that thanks for the advice. Oh and fred its msi r4350 md512H ati radeon. And yeah i did that too. I did all the parts, and i went custom install and even installed the C++ things and everything. Then when it was finished it said some errors happend and it let me see a HTML report and it says everything was a success, its weird. I hope it isnt too much to ask for, but once i get you all the information you need can you link the proper download, because either im not doing a step before/after the install which im unaware of or i clearly cant find the proper download.

I take it that your Dell is a Precision 380 desktop. The G9332 is its motherboard.

Have you installed the Intel chipset drivers?

    INF Update Utility - Primarily for Intel® 5, 4, 3, 900 Series Chipsets

I doubt that will fix your problem, but it shouldn't do you any harm.

Yeah that gives me downloads for some drivers that the device manager has issues with and hopefully it'll help. But even that doesnt list my video card or sound card.

Those Intel chipset drivers will allow your system to see, interact & enable your graphics and sound drivers to work/load properly - hopefully!
