I'm having the same issue. I have Windows 7 32-bit. Should I download just the video driver or do I need the whole Catalyst suite?

You do not need the Catalyst suite. I have seen it cause problems, and it's unnecessary unless you are using any of the special features.

OK. I have integrated graphics ATI RADEON 4200 so I went via that link on the ATI download site.

Whether integrated or not, the file download name is the same:

10-3_vista32_win7_32_dd.exe
