GPU fan got even louder ._.
what the hell? Every time I clean the dust the damn thing gets louder. How do I get to the fan bearings so I can kill out the dust?

Canned Air my friend.
Newegg.com - Memorex - Air Duster 2 Pack (Unscented)
While you're in their you may as well improve your airflow as well.
1. Use rounded cables instead of flat.
2. Make sure to tuck cables away neatly to give better airflow.
3. Be sure to have enough fans so that you have equal air coming in and going out.
4. Make sure that your airflow leaving the case is nearest to the hottest components. This will ensure that the hottest air leaves first and doesn't sit in the case.
5. Buy a CPU Cooler such as this: Corsair H50 or this Zalman 9500
Oh yeah, your GPU's fan is probably failing and I don't recommend taking it apart. You could replace the fans I guess, but I'd recommend buying a new GPU.
THATS WHAT CAUSED THIS. I used freaking canned air, and now its louder than hell.
Just to add, works great on the whole computer as well... cooler is better... GL :)
update: never got all the dust out or your fan needs to be replaced.. Too much dust or dirty can wear the bearings out...

Its a brand new gpu, so the fan shouldnt be bad. Its gotten worse every time I clean it, which is weekly since I have pets and keep it tidy.
Well I'm guessing you either pushed a lot of dust/dirt/hair/whatever into the bearings and/or the fan itself is failing. Either way it looks like you're buying a new GPU. This time handle it with kit gloves. Oh yeah, probably not a great idea to use ALL CAPS on a forum where you're attempting to ask for help from people giving out help for free. Thanks.
Heroxoot,
Be nice! These folks are trying to help. They volunteer their time and expertise just for the

All they ask is a little common courtesy and an occasional Thank You.
This forum is an excellent source of knowledge and assistance, Please be patient.
From a real fan.

Ya I'm sorry. I'm paranoid. Its not making much noise anymore since I sprayed it again, but I hear the kitchen ceiling fan buzzing too and its making me paranoid to high extents.
