How can I make it so I can push a window out side of the screens top? When I try windows pushes it back down and is flush with the edge of the top of my monitor.

I found this online, and I am sure if you search windows snap feature on here, there is probably a great tutorial on this site.
But here is the one I found.
Disable Aero Snap (the Mouse Drag Window Arranging Feature in Windows 7) - How-To Geek
Looks like simple process, let me know how it works for ya.
I like the feature, so I keep it enabled, but to each his own.......
I didn't know it was a snap in, or what a snap in even is :s/ I thought it had to do with the display.
Hey, no prob. When I found that guide, I was too was kinda shocked it was under mouse and not display.
Glad to help.:)
Take care.
