Did you log into EVGA first?

Yep, updated post above with image of my profile page there showing the registered GTX 480.

Hmm, You have the right number listed there - "You must have a 1470, 1472, 1480 or 1482 part registered to your account"

Not sure what to tell you. Maybe try again at a different time.

LOL, yeah that's what so strange about it. I'll try later to see if it may just be some glitch on their end.
