Sapphire ATI RADEON X550 Can't Boot

    hello sevenforums :)

This is my first thread in here .. I have a problem with my VGA when running under Windows 7, I've been trying to fix it myself for three days, was quite tired now, first, please see the system specs that I use, then I wanted to ask, whether the VGA that I use is compatible with my motherboard? if yes, why it makes my PC can't boot? I'm sure that the VGA is working 100% :)

    a little story from my

when VGA is installed, it can be detected by Windows 7, then it automically installing driver, when it asking for restart, I choose "YES" (I forgot the dialog) seems like that, then,.. it makes my PC just can boot until starting windows, it can't full start-up, it hangs until (don't know for sure) my longest waiting is 1 hours :)

then I turn it off from power button and start it back from safe mode, Uninstalling display driver it installed two display adapter

    Code:
    Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series
    Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series Secondary
uninstalled both of them,.. then restart, windows found new driver again, until it finished install, I ignore it, I have my own driver downloaded from ATI Catalist Legacy Display Driver which it latest driver for my X550, I installed the driver throught device manager, then restart, it still same result with previuos, can't boot

then I go to safe mode again but not uninstalled, I just disable
    Code:
    Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series Secondary
It can boot, but no aero and no VGA detected because VGA is not installed clear, I trying to install catalyst but it can't detect my X550,.. I have downloaded previous driver at amd sites, and trying to install it but still same, now I'm tired

I'm trying with previous driver because this warning from AMD
Any customers using a combination of a ATI Radeon™ HD 2000 Series, ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 Series, or ATI Radeon™ HD 4000 Series product with any of the legacy products listed above in a single PC system must use the ATI Catalyst 9.3 or earlier driver. All future ATI Catalyst™ releases made available past the ATI Catalyst™ 9.3 release will not include support for the legacy products listed above or any of the features associated with those legacy products.
I think my PC is single PC system :)

I hope with asking here will gives me solution to fix my problem :), I will gives every information in my system log if it needed, but somebody must teach me first how to generate log (error log or critical log or other log).. I'm sorry for my bad english,...

    best regards from Indonesia :)

Best place to ask this question or find your answer is:

AMD Game Forums - ATI Radeon Graphics

This is AMD's forum. Very knowledgeable
