My new monster and viewing with widescreen

Check out my new specs. When I first laid my eye on the HIS ATI Radeon HD 5770 cards I said wooooow. Cards are huge with the heat pipes. I can play Dragon Age with all settings maxed.
And the best thing is the system is very very quiet.

So how do I view web sites with my wide screen monitor? I can increase the size with Ctrl + . But I have to do this with every web site. I'm using Firefox.

You may have to adjust the resolution of your screen. What OS are u using XP, Vista or 7? Change your resolution to 1920x1080 if you can

Well it is recommended to keep the screen resolution to it's native res.

And it depends on how the website is developed really. Most websites develop towards the resolution the average user is using, some will scale to widescreen, some won't.

So, after waiting patiently, I've gone ahead and started ordering parts from NewEgg. Sadly enough, I ran out of money for buying all the parts at once, so I have to wait till December to get the final check from my previous employer :) Here we go... MOBO: Newegg.com - EVGA X79 DARK - LGA...

How can I change the aspect ratio from widescreen to.. not-widescreen
I would like to state first that I've searched the forum for this question with reasonable effort and I could not find this particular one or an answer to it. I have a widescreen monitor. There are some old games I like to play which do not have widescreen resolutions, and as a result, the...
