Is my card Overclocked?

So I admit that I use emulators (I do video walkthroughs on YouTube), but today when I tired to record a segment on my Playstation Emulator the thing was running super fast, so i checked and everything was on normal settings, then I checked my Nintendo 64 emulator and it also was running REALLY fast. If you want an example I posted a video on YouTube of why I had to quit doing walkthroughs (it shows the high speeds)

So anyways, its only the 3D emulators that run all fast, the 2D emulators run semi-okay. What is wrong?...its to the point where I can almost see my entire computer running faster than normal. Your help/solution is really appreciated. :)

Do you have a dual-core processor by any chance?

Yes, my processor is Pentium Dual-Core
CPU T4400 2.20GHz 2.20GHz

Sometimes with PlayStation emulators, having multiple cores makes it run that many times faster. Try setting the affinity for the process in the task manager to just one core:

CRTL + Shift + Esc, right-click the process, "Set Affinity", choose just one core [uncheck the second] and see if that helps.
