On cards that slow the amount of memory is irrelevant, and for the most part anything over 512 MB is pure marketing as the cards aren't fast enough to make use of it. That said if that is what you are looking at, whichever is cheaper as they are both about on par performance-wise,

Helping you choose a graphics card is difficult unless you inform us on your plans for said video card.
There are so many types of cards in the industry and each series has it's strong and weak points. Here's an example of what I mean:
Are you planning to game?
What type of games are you looking to play?
Are you planning to edit/create video?
Are you planning to encode/decode video?
Are you looking for high definition video for media playback?
Are you planning to hook it up to your television?
Those are at least the core questions one should ask themselves before looking at video cards. Once you've decided on what you need, it's a lot easier to push you towards a specific video card.
The only reason I bring this up is because the 2 cards you've chosen are on the lower end of the spectrum. They're not really geared towards gaming. Will they work? Yes. But they won't give you all of the shinies and may not necessarily be worth the money if you can get something better for $10-$40 more. :)
Someone else asked that question here a short time ago, the thread is one page back if you want to have a look. Deal I posted is still live as of this posting.
