Windows 7: Intel GM965 and OpenGL

I have Intel chipset GM965 my laptop is Dell Vostro A860.And I can't play CS1.6 clearly on Windows7.This have lagging.I think OpenGL is not good working.
Please help me guys.

From what I can gather, the Mobile Intel GM965 only supports OpenGL upto OpenGL 1.5.

This is most likely the issue.

Your Mobile chipset does support dx9. Can you not run the game in DX9 mode. Or force DX9 mode by adding "-console -dxlevel 90" without quote to the games shortcut properties. Run the game using this shortcut and then go to the Option, Video - Advanced and you will see DirectX 9 shown up on DirectX Hardware Level.

I would also recommend the latest Windows 7 VGA driver
