Well... I hate to be the bearer of bad news...Yo might want to look into updating your graphics card. (Depending on what your trying to play)

Integrated GFX

Unless you installed a gfx card, you are running the integrated Intel GMA 3100. The problem is that with integrated gfx, the GPU and CPU access the system RAM over the same bus. If you are a gamer, you know that many games are gfx intensive and, since you only have 1.5GB RAM to start with - that must be shared with your GPU - you are bound to notice, not only inferior quality gfx, but choppy performance as the demands of the game increase.

using integrated gpu comes with a limited graphic option in this case intel graphic media accelerator x3100.
but in your case you're assembling a pc which is customizable . Look for gpu that suits you.

i wouldn't say either nvdia,or ati cause everyone has their own opinion on this two.

And if you want to increase performance of your GPU.i suppose this might help

Ghost 3DTweak

manually i would say

update your graphic card
disable any unused background services when you re gaming
maintain your pc - disk cleanup, defrags

overclocking(not recomended). more info here
or else upgrade your GPU

Short answser NO. You need hardware, depending on what you want to play.
A driver can help the hardware to perform somewhat better, but is not a replacement for capable hardware.

Onboard graphics are really meant for basic functionality and were never intended for gaming.
Web surfing, Videos, and some games. (meaning like web browser games, or the ones built in with windows)

Some can play older games OK.

However, for most modern games, within last 4 yrs or so (or any graphic intensive tasks), will require a dedicated graphics card.
Onboard is simply not up to the task.

It is not possible. You would need to invest in a graphics card, and a decent one too. I would reccoment, if you are on a tight budget, get a GT220 or GTS250. If you got a little more money go for the GTX260 or GTX275
