    web based video pauses repeatably

I have an Asus M3A78-CM motherboard, 4GB ram, integrated ATI RV610 graphics, Windows 7 Home Premium. When I view a video (YouTube or any Web page video) the video will pause repeatably during play back. I installed a good PCI Express 16x card and the same thing happens. I have checked for updated drivers and there are none. Any suggestions on why this is happening? I have cleared all internet temp files, done all the maintenance, i.e., defrag, registry clean. Is this caused by a low download speed from my server? I have Charter and the download speed varies from 1.1mbs to 9.0mbs. Thanks for any help.......

This is a problem with YouTube and not your computer.
Just Google "Youtube video problem" an you will see that everyone experiences this issue in viewing. It may be that part of the day when their servers are over stressed. The chances are less than 1% its your computers issue. What internet speed do you have?

Are you trying to watch HD web videos?
What type of processor do you have?
Have you considered purchasing a videocard? You don't have to spend an arm and a leg to get better performance over integrated graphics.

Sounds like it's just buffering...could be your internet speed. Try pausing the video, and waiting for the red line on youtube to fill up all the way, then see if it still does it.
