ATI X600 Mobility drivers for windows 7 64 bit
I have a Compaq Persario X6000 laptop with a ATI Mobility X600 graphics card. I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit on the laptop.
All seems to be working except, I cannot locate drivers for the graphics card. WIndows is using the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter drivers which is holding back the ability to display resolutions higher than 1280x1240 and it is not allowing Aero to function. The computer is a P4 CPU, 3 Ghz. with 4 Gig of RAM. When I ordered the laptop I selected dedicated ram. I believe it has 256meg of dedicated video ram.
there are no drivers on the ATI website. There are no Vista 32 or 64bit, or Windows 7 32 or 64bit drivers on the ATI site.
Am I out of lock on this, or are there other sources for Windows 7 64bit drivers for the ATI Mobility X600 grapnics card?
