That wouldn't happen to be an ASUS branded 3650 is it?
I bought an AGP ASUS 3650 a few years ago and had nothing but problems with it. Only drivers that worked were the ones on the CD. the drivers from ATI and from ASUS' website would not work. So I sent it back and just ordered parts to build a new HTPC with onboard Nvidia 9300 video.

Sometimes I wish ATI still made video cards.

That screen cap from Everst doesn't help any, think you will find that any ATI card regardless of who it was made by will show as ATI and the model number (my HD 4830 shows the same). Need to click on GPU to see all the relevant info (manufacturer, DevID, etc).

Sometimes I wish ATI still made video cards.
They haven't done that for years, and even then the last few years that you could actually buy an "ATI" branded card it was made by Sapphire anyway (or possibly one of the other partners, but primarily Sapphire).
