Nvidia 8400GS and HDTV
I just installed Windows 7 on a PC in Dual Boot with XP Pro. I have an 8400GS card and I am outputting to a Sony 50" HDTV using DVI to HDMI.
With XP Pro, I can use 1080p and 1900x1080 res. I can Resize the display so it fits my 50" HDTV. I am using the Nvidia 182.5 drivers for XP Pro
With Windows 7, when I chose 1080p, the Desktop is wider than the display and Resize the Display cannot make it any smaller. I had to choose 720p to get it to fit on the 50" HDTV. I am using the Nvidia 185 drivers for Windows 7.
How can I adjust the display to fit?
