runscape is an internet java game.

Update your java to the latest version 1.6.0.20 java.com: Java + You
Update your Catalyst drivers to Cat10.5
clear the Java cache because you have changed cards.
    and Delete folder c:\.jagex_cache_32

You can also start the game in safe mode. While the game is loading (when the loading bar is on the screen), press the 's' key on your keyboard. This will cause the game to start in Safe Mode. Then you can goto Options and re-run Auto-Setup. Also under the Options, you can set Custom Graphics options, where you have the choice to use DirectX, OpenGL, Safe Mode or Software Mode to render the game under. The Default is OpenGL. Try DirectX.

i got both JDK and JRE as latest update.. my catalyst is max updated aswell. give me some sec and remove those cache you talk about

    EDIT : the 1st didn't work.

and how do i exactly turn to safe mode o.O?. on the way you ment it. somewhat lost in it

EDIT : Nevermind, found out it. in safe mode, nothing weird happens.. didnt choose DX or OGL..

EDIT2 : found out, that it only freaks out, when ingame and choosing something else than safe mode. like lower theres -low- -medium- -high-, when i choose 1 of those. it flips.

what can the problem be then o.o?

mm, would that really matter, when it's only seems to be runescape i have trouble with o.o?..

beside that, yeah, it was build by a shop owner person thingie, then later i replaced the ram, from 512mb DDR-2 to 2gb DDR-2, then 256mb ati graphic card to 1gb ati graphic card. if that's any use o.O
