    Integrated Radeon HD 5770

ASUS had the Immensity concept motherboard on display and it was something that you could star at for hours as it was so unique. The Immensity uses an Intel X58 Express chipset and supports Intel LGA 1366 processors, but that isn't what makes the board special. It comes with an integrated Radeon HD 5770 graphics card and Lucid Hydra chip!
This is pretty awesome, but I wonder how much performance the 5770 would lose being integrated.

What do you think the difference in being integrated would be?

I think its performance would be better as it is now hard-wired to the board.

Hopefully it gets dedicated memory instead of shared memory like most igps, and the cooling solution on it wouldn't be as good as the regular ones. So many ups and downs to this idea.

    Going by this quote
With the chipset coolers all removed you can really see how much this board has on it. The two Intel X58 / ICH10R chipsets are easy to make out, but notice the Lucid Hydra chip between the PCIe x16 lanes and the ATI Radeon HD 5770 GPU just below the Intel X58 chipset with two Hynix GDDR5 IC's next to it.
Sounds like it has it"s own memory.

AMD has supposedly made a CPU with onboard GPU, can't wait to read more on that.
