Well that really isn't much help, take a look at my system spec's and you will get an idea on how to do yours. We can't suggest a video card driver for you without knowing the maker of the card and the cards model.

Well your card is an nVidia geforce fx go5200 which was originally made around 2003/2004 and is listed on the nVidia site as a Legacy driver and neither nVidia, nor Toshiba, have updated the driver past XP and in both Vista nd Windows 7 the best you can get is Standard VGA or as you know your card is not identifie. Your only option is associated with much risk I'm afraid and it involves modifying the .inf file for your video card.

If you have XP you should load it and use it until you can but before you buy anything used ask if they let you run the Microsoft Upgrade Advisor Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor - Download - Microsoft Windows it gives a very good view of what will run, what won't run, on Windows 7 and includes a summary of hardware/software and if you need to do anything to make them compatible.

512 megs of RAM is not enough for Windows 7.
The OP needs a new computer, IMO.

I recommend at least 2 gigs for 7.
