    What is the best program/way I can use to underclock my Intel graphics card?

    Why would you want to underclock your graphics card. It isnt like there is a huge heat issue.

    I'd look into power saving solutions since saving power means that you basically underclock your rig.

    I think you can change you're graphic card clock with rivatuner. I know that works for Nvidia and ATI (with ATI you can do it in catalist control center) but with intel I don't know.

    Zigzag: I'm having a timeout issue with "driver has stopped responding and recovered" and I've seen underclocking as a solution so I'm attempting that.

    Arkhi: I'll look into that.

    Magere: It unfortunately didn't work.

    The top result is this...Bill, I've been linked those pages countless times now. I don't have a NVIDIA card. At this point, I think asking on this forum leads to more questions than answers, kinda useless, I give up.
