    Tempiture on ATI HD4650 (Laptop)

hey, i have a HP Pavillion Dv6 2133eo laptop, it has a ATI Mobility Radeon HD4650 graphic card, and a AMD Athlon CPU,

when i am running games like COD4 Modern Warfare 2, on it, it tends to heat up pretty much,

The GPU goes upto 80°celsius, i was wondering if that is safe for the GPU, or is it too hot, i know that the AMD athlon CPU is known for running on high tempitures, but i was wondering about the GPU, what do u guys say?

is 80°celsius too hot for ATI HD4650 GPU ?

if so, then what could i do to keep the heat down ?

Whilst not in a laptop my HD4850 hits 78C. I'm pretty sure GPU's can hit much higher temps than CPU's and get awway with it.

    so 80°celsius is ok for a 4650 card in a laptop ?

I don't see why not. I wouldn't worry about unless it starts giving you trouble. Any laptop I've ever used runs really hot.

Again, I'm not using a laptop so I'm not 100% sure, but any time I've heard of cooling for a laptop it's been a pad. Naturally the better the cooler the steeper the price.
