Windows 7 - Blue Screen on startup with 2 monitors

I just installed Windows 7 RC on a fresh partition last night. I have a athlon 3800+ dual core with a geforce 7900 GT and 2 gigs of ram.

I attempted to install the RC twice before but i kept getting a hang up right after the "starting windows 7" logo where my second monitor just flickers blue (not the BSoD) and my main monitor is black and says "build 7100" in the bottom corner. It wasnt until i got to work today that i read up on my problem and figured out to just disconnect the second monitor to get it to boot up properly.

Now that i've got it up and running quite smoothly and downloaded the latest driver for my video card from nvidia, which is a windows 7 driver that was released last month. I attempted to plug back in my 2nd monitor and i got the same problem as before. I also get the same blue screen flicker when i only have my main monitor plugged in sometimes during different tasks. The only one that i've been able to reproduce consistantly tho is when i load up windows live messenger, it flickers blue for a bit then either goes away or freezes until i hit ctrl>alt>delete.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get by this?
Also, i apologize if this has been discussed before but i wasnt able to find a solution in any of the previous threads.
