Any PCI-E card from the lowest and slowest, to fastest and most expensive. All depends on how much you want to spend. Also going to need a decent power supply to go along with the better cards. Or if you pair it up with the i3 or i5 CPU's that have a video chip integrated into them, you don't even need one (won't be playing much more than solitaire with this option though).

so is it a good MoBo?
and i want to run games on it that have good specs like football manager 2010 and call of duty MW2
I am building with a budget but one item at a time

the processor i looked at is : Intel Core i3 550 3.20GHz (Clarkdale) (Socket LGA1156) - Retail [BX80616I3550] Processors Intel Core i3

If you have the cash the Corsair Power supply looks good
The 5870
The SSD for your OS
And a Mechanical drive for storage.
And a affordable case with plenty of room, fans and good reviews for air flow is about all I can say about case cause they are so based on the individuals personality and style. JMO. Fabe
