Frame rate dropped from what (anothe OS, GFX card, or something else). You dont have a lot of ram.

You can get the correct driver here. NVIDIA - Download Drivers

Well it dropped when i installed windows7, but my video and games have that jagged edges and i see that card is not working correctly.

I adjust all settings for performance and in-game settings as low as possible but its still not good. I think it is just problem with Graphic card, i downloaded 257.21, 258.96, 197.13, 191.07, 197.45 drivers and installed them correctly and its still really bad.

I first unistall drivers - restart - detect my card - install drivers i downloaded - restart.
    But it wont work yet.

How did you un-install the drivers? You have to remove all traces of the current driver (there is an un-install tool) before you install the new drivers.

I go to device manager - select my display driver - uninstall drivers. Also i check in add/remove programs and uninstall all there, and go to my C:/ and delete Nvidia files if any left.
