Good idea to check the RAM, follow this tutorial and test both RAM cards in Both slots.

Memtest86+ was test by my brother but i tried it too and it seems to not work...
I got the v4.00 and it don't start the pass automaticly.
I got this :
Memtest86 v4.00
Intel Core 2 997.5 MHz
L1 cache: 32k 13664 mb/s
l2 cache: 2048k 6650 mb/s
l3 cache: none
memory: 2046M 2325mb/s :---------------------------------------…
chipset: intel i945gm/pm (ecc: disabled)- fsb : 166 Mhz- Type : DDR2
settings: Ram: 276 Mhz (DDR553)/ CAS: 4-4-4-12/ Dual channel (Interleaved)
512k e820 off
Memory SPD Informations

Any idea ?
Did you burn it to a CD/DVD or running it from a memory stick?
If you're using a DVD try burning it with a different burning program.
I would recommend the memory stick method.
If it starts and shows you the interface and doesn't run, try the memory stick.
If it's the same result, then you have a RAM problem.
Take one RAM card out and try the test with one in at a time, if it runs let it finish.
If it starts to get errors let us know how many, a couple, 10, 100, 1000 etc. and you can stop the test.
Then run the other Ram card in the other slot, same as above.
Let us know if that works.
I tried one at a time and i got the same error with Memtest86+...
With one of the 2 sticks, in the top slot, i can't even boot on the Memtest86+ cd... But I can with the other one...
When I tried Windows Diagnostic Memory Tool, it said : Restart now to test the memory. Each time I click on this, the computer restart without doing the test... When I click on : Do the test on the next restart, I restart the computer and the test doesn't start...
I also tried to remove the wifi card and to boot without it... It freeze on the first boot...
Any idea ?
