    These are straight from the Toshiba website, just make sure you've picked the correct model and operating system and you have nothing to worry about.

    They have to put that message there basically to save their arse in case SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE runs into a problem, but if there was one, the link wouldn't be there anymore :)

    But, okidoki, I get the point.
    Thanks a lot then, I'll try to run it now. :X

    Edit;
    I used to have a Toshiba. I think I might have liked it better then this Acer.
    & also.. the txt file told me to run the .bat and I did, but nothing changed.
    It just showed a little black windows for such a short time I could not read it, disappeared, and I still get the same error...

    You ran Bios.Bat in the main folder? Aftewards did you restart?

    I double-clicked it in WinZip, & it showed me the black window that disappeared too fast for me to read.
    I thought I rebooted... But let me reboot it again, just to be sure.

    Rebooted now, but to no effect.
    I think I might not have run the BIOS correctly...
