I suggest you scan your system with the Crucial tool ( RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, flash cards, SSD at Crucial.com ). That will tell you what your options are and even give you prices. But it does not hurt to shop around although Crucial is usually pretty competitive.

You should be looking for PC2700. That is a rather old RAM type and may not be as cheap as some of the more recent types. I would have Googled it for you, but all I get here in Germany are German sites that sell it. Once you are at it, you may want to get 2x1GB .
Don't get hung up on looking for just PC2700 as PC3200 will likely be a bit cheaper. It may have a faster spec than PC2700 (166 vs 200), but it will work just fine at the slower speed. Also from that first screen shot you may have PC2700 installed, but it is only running at PC2100 (133) speed.
P.S. What is the make and model of the motherboard in question?
That board actually supports PC3200,
GA-8I865GME-775 - GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Specification
which means just about any PC3200 up to 2 GB will work. One thing after getting it is you will need to go into the bios and set it to run at the proper speed, as the current stick of PC2700 is only running at PC2100 speed.
- Type: Dual Channel DDR 400 / 333 / 266 support
- Max capacity: 2 GB
- DIMM slots: 2
Having a quick look at the manual this is what is has to say for memory speeds,
which says to me it is either on the wrong setting or the auto setting isn't detecting the memory correctly.
Which CPU is in it, a 533 MHz or 800 MHz FSB one?
