| | L300 Installed Windows 7 onto my Toshiba Satellite L300 laptop and now the web cam and mic don't work. I'm not too great with computers and would really appreciate some help. Thanks! |

| | Welcome to Seven Forums telalwall. When you try to use the webcam of mic, are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say, exactly? A screenshot would be best if you are able. You can also check device manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks: Click Start orb> Type Device Manager into search box> click on device manager in results above If any exclamation points, a screenshot would again be best, but either way let us know. Did the laptop come with any cd's for installing software for the webcam? A Guy |

| | Well, I installed the drivers and now my mic works but with my webcam, I keep getting "Webcam driver open fail. Please restart webcam or computer." |
