Windows 7 ult-64 Not reading internal drives

Ok here is a new one - I have 6 Hard drives (movie buff). I origeanlly loaded them all up. They are sata internal. I did a system restore one day and they disppeared and will not come back. win 7 will read external usb. when i go to computer manag/Disk Management. It says the drive is there but i get these wierd warnings (attached). I try to activate - NO GO. Have checked MB and all are registering and updated all drivers. I am running sata (ide {choice}) on bios.
