Does Win 7 keep a report when USB connections are being made?
I had a problem with a mouse making random connections. Would make troubleshooting easier if there was a report.

Is this the Logitech mouse giving problems? If yes, be sure to go to their website and get the very latest driver.

Also have an Asus ha1002xp netbook with Win 7 Ultimate installed.
I just borrowed another mouse and the problem went away. So I bought another mouse Logitech MX518.

Everything is fine. Just wondering if Win 7 keeps a report.
