In answer to your question about Intel vs AMD I would always fall onto the side of Intel just because in my experience they have a better track record and when looking at gaming requirements you will always be able to see whether or not it will work and whether or not you have the GHz to play the games and not gamble on the AMD processor being good enough.
Of course this is just my opinion.
I would also go for an I5 or an I7 if you can afford one especially as it's gaming PC. Nice choice of graphics cards by the way
Remember you may want a decent sound card if you want your sound coming at you from all angles in glorious 5.1/7.1
, but if you only have stereo speakers/headset then the built in one should be fine.
