Did it ever work? Do you have a backup from when it did? Do you have a working win 7 dvd to do a repair install?

Yeah, I had been using for 6 months with no problems, but I don't have a backup, ora cd, took the files from a friends one cos I have a notebook which makes harder. I had repair on a USB, but it didn't work, and I don't have the USB anymore.
I really have no idea what to do.
