3D Vision Discover glasses - color distortion

I recently purchased NVIDIA 3D Vision Discover glasses and set up the cheaper way of doing 3D gaming. I noticed in just about everything 3D, that I view with the glasses, I can see tints of red and blue in the image. I'm assuming it's because of the glasses' lenses being red and cyan, but still wondering if it's supposed to be like that. I do wear them over prescription eye glasses fyi. It's just really annoying especially when trying to play games and bothers my eyes somewhat. Just wondering if that's the disadvantage of doing 3D the cheaper way and if there is a way to correct this issue.

It's just one of the downsides of using them glasses. You are just simply looking through red and cyan lenses, so there's no way around a slight colour distortion.
