    Good reading for someone who has not dealt a lot with SSDs. I disagree with 1 point though - Superfetch should not be disabled. RAM is still a lot faster than a SSD.

    I use them, OCZ Vertex, there great. OCZ says to disable Superfetch. Its about reducing writes to the SSD. SSD's and RAM are very similar in makeup.
    1 ms seek time works for me.
