Would you recomend a small but loud Bluetooth headset?

I am interested in purchasing a small but loud Bluetooth headset to use with my cell phone. My budget is $50-$60.

That is a function of the handset not the headset , my old SE K800i does this if you have name stored and a voice command for the person recorded
