Mouse Cursor Disappearing after 1 sec

Hello. Recently my mouse cursor began disappearing after a second or so. It reappears when moving the mouse. This happens in IE8 and FireFox. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.

Happened to me yesterday. Disappeared completely. BUT..only after i added CursorFX. Couldnt even find it to click on anything. Just i just deleted that. If you have THAT on your PC it may be because of that. Other then that...not sure.

Hi. No, noCursorFX. Doesn't happen in Opera. Very odd indeed. Annoying.

    Hi wpurcell,

The problem lies within your Adobe Flash plugin. Please read the following article for a fix.

    Thanks,

Hey, thanks Harvey. That's complete rubbish on Adobe's part though. Is there an alternative for flash in windows? I know I use Gnash in Gnu/Linux. Why is this not an issue with Opera?

    Hi wpurcell,

Apple is currently developing an alternative, but until that's here, I doubt you'll find anything that could substitute, unfortunately. Did you try disabling and enabling the plugin?

    Thanks,
