Lenovo G460A Vs Acer AS4741G

I have two options

Lenovo G460A, 912 Intel core i5-450M, 2.26 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 310M, 14' Screen, DVD writer, Windows 7 Home premium, 1 year warranty

Acer AS4741G-432G50Mnsk, Intel core i5-430M, 2.26 GHz, 3 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 310M, 14' Screen, DVD writer, Windows 7 Home premium, 1 year warranty, HDMI Port, Mobile intel HM55

My question is which Brand is good Lenovo or Acer
Which configuration looks good (price is almost same)
What should be bought as price difference is just 5%
Is there any other good option for home in same category
These are available at USD 610 to 625 at Hong Kong

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit, BackTrack 4, Ubuntu

Hi kets2010,

I'd go for the Acer, simply because it has more RAM than the Lenovo. Acer is a large and quality brand and I don't suppose you'll be having any troubles should you choose to buy it. Also, the extra RAM will be useful if you choose to upgrade to 64-bit Windows in the future (if you aren't already).
