    MOBO for Intel i5-760

I need some good advice for MOBO.

I visit Asus site but i cant seem find Cheap MOBO or im missing it?

I visit Intel Site and found the cheapest MOBO for my processor which is DH55PJ and max is 8 GIG memory which is mostly $70 - $80 cost.

    Im thinking 100$ for MOBO?

If their is a cheap max 16Gig memory would be good.

A Pricelist link would be good.

Also what is the difference on Intel Extreme Series, Media, Classic, Executive and Essential MOBO?

ASUS makes good motherboards with Intel chipsets and 16GB memory support, check their website or an online retailer in your country.

MWave has a decent Motherboard bundle wizard that lets you pick a CPU then it will offer a bunch of motherboards (and RAM) to with it. As can be seen here there are many boards that support the i5-750. This is great because they have already done the homework for you by selecting components that will work together. You can use this wizard as a great reference/research tool, but for US buyers, their prices, once you factor in shipping, is typically pretty competitive. Newegg sells bundles too, but offer fewer combinations, and don't include RAM.

Another nice option MWave offers for US buyers that I recommend for new and experienced builders alike is their option to assemble and test the combination for only $10 more. By allowing them to do that, not only do you know from the wizard the components are compatible, you know that those specific parts work.

I agree, ASUS makes great boards. I also like, and use almost exclusively, Gigabyte boards.

The ASUS value line is called ASRock. They're just like ASUS boards, but made with less expensive components. They have very good ratings nearly everywhere.

I built a PC for my son using one 3 years ago, not one single problem.

    Here's the home site: ASRock

AFAIK, each of these boards is intended for a distinct customer set. The extreme series at the top of the heap, E.g., has boards with high performance processers like the new core i7s and core i5s. The Essentials series at the bottom has boards with Atom processer. Its a spectrum. See this page for more details.
