I have used Crucial for years. They are part of Micron who manufactures the chips. On their web site there is a search feature and it will match the ram to your motherboard and they guarantee it will work.

HDD: western digital 1 TB 64 mb cache

casing:cooler master CMP 250
and thank you to all your suggestion i will look forward on all the brand you suggest and see what's the best but i really prefer for OCZ thing.. and i want to know what CL means is there any effect in the performance of your machine?is it the more high CL the more better performance?or not? i really appreciate all you suggest it really helps me to buy the best,not so much expensive but good performance..thank you to all of you guys..

CL is the Latency.
The lower the number the better.
Although theres likely not much of a difference in realworld use.
