USB 3.0
Alright I'm curious that if I get a motherboard that supports USB 3.0 will I have to buy new devices/ new connector that supports it too? or will it be compatible with USB 2.0 devices? +rep for answers xD

USB 3.0 is "mostly" backwards compatable with USB 2.0, not sure about 1.1.
You can plug in USB 2.0 devices into a USB 3.0 port no problem. However you will only get the speed of the USB 2.0 device.
USB 3.0 will see another change as far as current being raised up from the present 100mA to 150mA to meet the requirements on the new devices. Where the present 5 device maximum is seen with 2.0 that will be 6 devices with the new bus per port.
Another bit there while one good reference besides the usb.org site is seen at USB 3.0 Explained
