Samsung R517 web cam not detected

i have a Samsung Np r517 in which there is in buit camera
the device manager shows that its working properly
but i cannot open the camera

uninstall it from device manager, rightclick-uninstall..
then click the scan for hardware changes icon up the top, that should detect it and install the drivers again.

what program are you using with the cam? sometimes my cam works witth some programs, and not others. stupid computers.
