Mystery HDD showing up in My computer

Hello all. Ill keep this simple.

I have done a system restore through Win 7, recovering through an image backup.
Now when I go into My Computer, there is a HDD showing up (Q) that should not be there. It shows 0.00 space. Access Denied when clicking on it. And it is not detected in Disk Management. All I want to do is Delete it. Anyone have a solution?

I googled this and the only help I found is a site that I have to give my CC# for the answer......

    Thanks in Advance!

    Reid

It's from installing Office 2010 using the "click to run" option,

Can I hide or delete the Q drive?

No need for an update because that's what it is.

Hello all and thanks for the support.

I did in fact try to hide this drive with the instructions given and it was a no go. Not even showing up so no way to hide it.

Also, I did not have this Q drive before restoring my system. It showed up after.

    Thanks
