Are there any ssd tweaks i should do in win7?
Have a ssd i want to install, is there any tweaks i should do to improve speed with a ssd?

Not really, just be sure that scheduled defrag is turned off...and that TRIM is enabled. That's all I did with mine.
Command prompt > fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify
DisableDeleteNotify = 1 (Windows TRIM commands are disabled)
DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Windows TRIM commands are enabled)
You will have to test to determine if AHCI or IDE is the best choice. AHCI will improve your 4K random benchmark scores substantially, but whether that actually equates to real world performance is hard to tell.
At first, my box took 8 extra seconds to boot when AHCI was enabled. I didn't feel that i got enough extra performance to get that 8 seconds back. So, I stayed with IDE
Then, a BIOS update for my mobo reduced that 8 seconds to 2 seconds. I switched at that point to AHCI, my benchmarks improved. I'm not sure though that with a stopwatch I could prove that anything is actually any faster...but it certainly isn't any worse.
So, your rig and setup will determine whether it makes sense for you or not.
