Windows 7: conceptronic csm3pl

conceptronic csm3pl
i have a conceptronic csm3pl grab n go multi media player which when i install my windows 7 recognises, but when i try to sync files from the windows media player it just keeps saying install a device. i have reformatted it to fat32 and installed a new driver but it still will not work. what else should i do?
