Memory Error Issue

You may want to try contacting customer support and have them send you a fresh copy of the MJupdate.
Uninstall the current version, and install the new one they give you.

Thanks for the input. I have windows managing the PageFile, so it is active. I have un and re installed the MJ a few times during this issue. The reinstall is done automatically when you plug the device in. As a side note, this is also how they put through updates, with no notice or option. The device does not even let you run an older version, as soon as you try, it forces the update through, so after the uninstalls, I have the latest update.

Bad programming.

In your opinion then, as long as I'm happy with how the device is working, that I should be safe running the device as is?

There have been some varying reports with Magic Jack, so there is a possibility that MJ will have some weird quirks.

Just out of curiosity, are you dead set on MJ, or willing to use other kinds of VOIP services?

Pretty dead set. There have been TOO many quirks with it lately, but nothing big. I'm getting good quality with my setup, and after the initial $20 for the device, you can't beat $20 a year for phone service. Unless of course I have to keep buying a new device. But after 10 months of use, I'm basically happy.

Yea, I tried that with no success. If the device is unplugged, and I reboot, no error. But with just stopping the process the error is still there.

That didn't make sense, so I tried it "again" and stopped the process and rebooting did make the error go away. I have tried a whole bunch of stuff over the last few days, including stopping the process a few times, but I may not have rebooted right after, because that does have the same effect as unplugging the device.
