USB Port Problem

I have a USB Mouse and USB Wireless LAN Dongle connected to two of my motherboard's USB Ports. If I connect a USB Printer (either a Lexmark P43550 or an Oki Laser C5250) to a third port, the USB Wireless LAN Dongle will stop working. It won't work after disconnecting the printer and to get it working again I have to reboot. Also quite often when attaching either printer I get a message saying "USB device has malfunctioned and is not recognised by windows" but all drivers are installed ok. After several attempts the printer is recognised and works fine.

Can you please help solve these annoying issues.
Thanks
