| | Windows 7 losing my DVD drive contents I am using 7127 windows 7 X64. On a portable computer, the darn DVD disc contents is there one second, then it will no longer load a DVD. The device is still in device manager. Sometimes it will read the DVD after a reboot, other times it will not. I am trying to load software at the moment with multiple DVD's. I will get the first one to start, then when it asks for the second, I put it in, and the DVD drive will not read it. Any ideas? Dave |

| | How much memory do you have? If your not using multi DVDs do you still have the same problem? more spec's would help. using Windows 7 is sort of like "Honestly my 4 door Ford Midsized Sedan gets over 50 mpg". |
