Windows 7: DVD/CD drive problems

I hope I didn t miss the topic, if I did, I am very sorry.

So what is my problem:

When I put CIV5 in the driver, it doesnt happen anything, the driver doesnt spin the disc,... But when I put in the driver any other game, it works perefctly fine.
The disc is OK because I ve tested it on the older computer(which runs on xp, mine runs on Windows 7 64bit).

I had the same problem with BF2142 disc, but I ve managed to get it work on the xp (found the solutions on the internet).

Now I ve tried almost everything that I could find on the internet.
Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.
