    battery life

Hi, i have a few questions about battery life, i would like to maintain my battery life to last as long as possible. It was never brilliant but a can get about 2 hours out of it. One thing that i though was perhaps a problem from stuff i heard is that it is not good for it to leave it charging when its fully charged because of the way its managed it keeps putting little bits of charge in, is that true with win 7. Because i like to paly games with the laptop plugged in for performance so its annoying about charging it. There also the whole thing about letting it run flat then fully charge it. Just any tips on what you do and whether the above is acutally true would be appreciated, thanks

The most important strategy is to let it lose almost all strength, once in a while, and then give it a full charge.
