Windows 7: Safely Remove Hardware Option Don't want certain things to show up ???

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Ok here's the thing I always use safely remove hardware option when I connect external Hard drives but also on the safely remove hardware I see my internal hard drive and SSD which both are connected via a Sata Port I did by mistakenly remove my Internal HDD but I just restarted my PC again I wasn't gonna open up my PC case and insert the Sata port out and in This does worry me because my SSD drive which has my Operating System on it imgine ejecting that by mistake so I want to no is there a option I can have my SSD and HDD removed from the list Thanks
